Dùng dự án thật nhưng loại dữ liệu mật; sản phẩm của lab là artifact và feedback có thể kiểm chứng, không chỉ cảm giác “nói tốt hơn”.

Lab 01 · Scope/impact portfolio

Lập bảng 8 projects: problem, scope, ambiguity, role/decision, stakeholders, metric before/after, team credit, failure và leverage. Loại stories không chứng minh được contribution.

Lab 02 · Discovery và roadmap

Nhận một request mơ hồ; viết outcome/non-goals, assumptions, risks, options, thin slice, milestones và re-plan triggers. Review với product/engineering perspectives đối lập.

Lab 03 · Flow simulation

Mô phỏng board có batch/WIP/dependency; đo cycle time, throughput, age. Áp WIP limit/swarming/smaller items; forecast range và giải thích vì sao velocity không dùng xếp hạng.

Lab 04 · ADR decision review

Viết ADR cho build-vs-buy hoặc sync-vs-async: drivers, status quo, 3 options, prototype evidence, security/cost/operations, dissent và supersede trigger; chạy pre-mortem.

Lab 05 · Code review calibration

Review một change có correctness/security/operability issues; phân loại blocker/suggestion/nit, giữ tone xây dựng. Đo turnaround/rework và chuyển style checks sang automation.

Lab 06 · Debt/reliability negotiation

Tạo investment proposal từ toil/incidents/lead-time/SLO data; đưa 3 funding options và opportunity cost. Role-play stakeholder deadline rồi đạt commitment có metric/expiry.

Lab 07 · Feedback, mentoring và conflict

Role-play delegation contract, feedback behavior-impact và conflict có power imbalance. Người quan sát chấm listening, specificity, safety, decision clarity và follow-up.

Lab 08 · Behavioral interview loop

Chuẩn bị 8 story cards, trả lời 30 câu với core answer ≤2 phút và follow-up. Ghi âm, transcript; chấm context/action/result/learning, pronouns, blame, confidentiality và unsupported claims.
