Story inventory
Chuẩn bị ownership, conflict, failure, ambiguity, influence, mentoring, delivery pressure, quality/ethics và learning. Một story có thể map nhiều competency nhưng không ép mọi câu vào cùng ví dụ.
Answer shape
Situation/context ngắn; Task nêu stakes/role; Action chiếm phần lớn, theo decision sequence; Result có metric/impact và adverse effect; Learning nêu điều thay đổi lần sau.
Calibration
Nói “I” cho hành động cá nhân, “we” cho team outcome. Không tiết lộ confidential data, không bịa metric; dùng range/relative change khi cần. Senior answer thể hiện scope và system improvement.
Follow-up
Chuẩn bị alternatives, dissent, failure mode, stakeholder reaction, what you would do differently và evidence causality. Practice 2 phút core answer rồi mở rộng theo câu hỏi.
