Author contract

Change nhỏ/cohesive, description nêu why/risk/test/rollout, self-review và evidence. Split refactor khỏi behavior khi có thể; generated/vendor code có policy riêng.

Reviewer model

Đọc design, correctness, complexity, tests, naming, security, performance và operability. Phân loại blocker/suggestion/nit/question; giải thích principle và đưa alternative cụ thể.

Latency và disagreement

Review sớm, batch nhỏ, synchronous conversation khi thread dài rồi ghi resolution. Không giữ change để đạt perfection; code nên cải thiện sức khỏe tổng thể.

System quality

Automate format/static/security/test gates; measure review wait/rework/defect, không leaderboard comments. Sensitive/high-risk areas cần ownership và deeper review.
