Organization và ownership

• Subscription/management group placement và workload/platform RACI đã rõ.
• IaC/state ownership, naming, tags, budget và decommission lifecycle đã định nghĩa.
• Region/SKU availability, data residency và shared-responsibility matrix đã review.

Identity và governance

• Không có permanent human Owner nếu không có documented exception.
• Managed identity/federation được ưu tiên; secrets có owner, rotation và reload test.
• Policy assignments có version, test cases, rollout và exemption expiry.
• Break-glass, PIM activation và access review có evidence định kỳ.

Network và workload

• IP plan, routes, DNS, egress, private/public exposure và hybrid paths đã diagram/test.
• Compute choice nêu rõ trade-off; scaling upper bound khớp quota/downstream capacity.
• Health probe, graceful shutdown, deployment rollback và schema compatibility đã diễn tập.
• Data consistency, partitioning, backup/restore, encryption và deletion lifecycle đã rõ.

Reliability và operations

• Critical flows có SLI/SLO, dependency map, RTO/RPO và error-budget policy.
• Zone/region failure scenarios có capacity/quota và tested recovery runbook.
• Metrics/logs/traces có retention, cost budget, alert owner và runbook.
• Incident process bảo toàn evidence; post-incident actions được verify.

FinOps và evidence

• Cost allocation đủ owner/environment/service và có workload unit metric.
• Rightsizing/waste được xử lý trước commitment discounts.
• Mỗi lab ghi ngày, environment, tool versions, commands, raw output, conclusion và limitations.
• Không dùng tabletop/static review để claim runtime deployment, failover hoặc security control đã hoạt động.
