SLO, quota, scaling và dependency resilience
Cloud reliability là tính chất của toàn workload; SLA của từng resource không tự cộng thành business SLO.
Requirements
Định nghĩa critical user flows, SLI/SLO, error budget, RTO/RPO và maximum tolerable downtime. Dependency map phải gồm identity, DNS, control plane, network, data và external services.
Redundancy
Availability sets/zones/regions bảo vệ failure domains khác nhau. Active-active tăng availability nhưng làm data consistency và operations phức tạp; active-passive cần chứng minh failover time và capacity.
Quota và capacity
Subscription/region/SKU quotas có thể chặn scale-out hoặc DR đúng lúc. Theo dõi usage, request increase trước nhu cầu, reserve capacity khi cần và giữ deployment fallback SKU/region. Autoscale phải bound theo downstream capacity.
Resilience patterns
Timeout ngắn hơn caller budget; retry có backoff/jitter và chỉ cho lỗi transient/idempotent; circuit breaker, queue, bulkhead và load shedding giới hạn blast radius. Chaos/game day kiểm chứng giả thuyết bằng telemetry.
