Thêm công nghệ không tăng điểm nếu không gắn requirement, failure model và bằng chứng; ưu tiên chiều sâu end-to-end.
Red flags
Hai microservices share database hoặc external call trong transaction dài.
Retry payment không idempotency; timeout bị coi là failed chắc chắn.
Claim exactly-once, HA hoặc secure nhưng không nêu scope/test.
Kubernetes probes/config có nhưng chưa từng kill/drain/bad-deploy drill.
Dashboard đẹp nhưng không có SLO, incident workflow hay reconciliation.
Demo phụ thuộc thao tác tay, secret local hoặc dữ liệu đã chuẩn bị bí mật.
Checklist
- Requirements, invariants, workload, SLO, RPO/RTO và non-goals rõ.
- Architecture/data/state/failure/threat views khớp code.
- Build/test/migration/local environment reproducible bằng một lệnh.
- Order concurrency và payment idempotency có failure tests.
- Sync deadline/retry/circuit và unknown outcome truthful.
- Async outbox/idempotent consumer/saga/replay converge.
- Schema migration, backup/restore và reconciliation đã drill.
- Images/Kubernetes/CI-CD có identity, probes và graceful shutdown.
- Security/telemetry/SLO/runbook/postmortem đủ vận hành.
- Evidence pack và 10-minute narrative chịu deep-dive.
Definition of Done
- Hoàn thành ít nhất 6/8 milestones; bắt buộc Lab 01–05 và 08.
- Trả lời ít nhất 24/30 câu với reference tới artifact/evidence thật.
- Demo được happy path và một partial-failure recovery không double effect.
- Hai mock interviews có rubric, transcript/notes và backlog cải thiện.
