# Interview — Transaction Nonce Management

**Why?** Two concurrent requests can use the same nonce and replace one another.

**How?** Reserve unique nonces and separate signing from broadcasting; use Web3j for actual Ethereum signing.

**Production concerns?** RPC failover, reorg, concurrency, idempotency, and key management.
